This tent can be set up with ease in less than 5 minutes. There is one main telescoping pole and a cross pole that provides support for everything. The poles simply snap into plastic clips strategically placed on the tent.

It is a freestanding tent so it is not necessary stake anything down. Perfect for rooftops, porches, concrete, hard packed dirt, etc.

Deck Camping

Full house in Copenhagen, but the back deck was wide open.

The total weight of the tent and poles is around 3 lbs. The packed size of the tent can be made smaller with a compression sack.

This is a 3 season tent but it can be used in below freezing temperatures. For use in storms or high wind you will want to make sure the tent stakes are thoroughly embedded into the ground.

US National Forests and BLM property usually offer free wilderness camping. Free Camp Sites is a great resource.
